The word "group" is actually kind of a misnomer because you'll actually be doing your own, customized-just-for-you workout... while others happen to be in the room doing their own, customized-for-them workouts.

One of the biggest challenges with kids these days is so many of them specialize early on and the ended up putting too much stress on the same muscles and joints... which makes them more prone to injury. Our main goal is to teach young athletes fundamental movements that will help to improve their speed, agility, and overall performance in any sport.

I'm the founder of Jim's Gym, and I've been in the fitness industry as a business owner and personal trainer for more than 30 years. As a former competitive athlete, body builder, and now an aging parent (yikes!), I understand how important it is to be physically fit. I am extremely passionate about exercise and truly believe it can improve every aspect of a person’s life.
